Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the 51+ platform (the "Service"), operated by FiftyOnePlus Limited in Papua New Guinea ("PNG"). By creating an account, depositing funds, or placing a bet, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

51+ is registered with the National Gaming Control Board (NGCB) of Papua New Guinea. All amounts are in PNG Kina (K / PGK).

1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years of age.
  • You must be a resident of Papua New Guinea and physically located in PNG when using the Service.
  • You must be legally permitted to participate in sports and racing betting under the laws that apply to you.
  • One account per person. Accounts are personal and non-transferable.

2. Account Registration & Verification (KYC)

You must provide accurate, current and complete information when registering, including a valid government-issued photo ID (e.g. NID card, passport, or driver's licence) for identity and age verification.

  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity on your account.
  • We may request additional verification at any time and may suspend account functions, including withdrawals, until verification is complete.
  • Winnings cannot be withdrawn without a valid, accepted ID on file. If an uploaded ID is rejected, you will be asked to re-submit a valid one.

3. Deposits

  • The minimum deposit is K5.00.
  • Deposits are credited after review and approval. You must only deposit funds that belong to you.
  • Play-through requirement: funds you deposit must be wagered at least once (1× turnover) before they become eligible for withdrawal. This prevents the use of the Service purely to cycle funds.

4. Withdrawals

  • The minimum withdrawal is K5.00.
  • Only one withdrawal request may be pending at a time, and a 24-hour cooldown applies between requests.
  • Withdrawable balance excludes any un-wagered deposited funds (see Section 3) and any un-played bonus funds (see Section 6).
  • Withdrawals are paid to a verified account in your name. Applicable transaction or wallet fees may be deducted.
  • We may withhold or reverse a withdrawal where we reasonably suspect fraud, error, abuse, or a breach of these Terms.

5. Betting Rules

  • A Goods & Services Tax (GST) of 10% applies to all bets.
  • The minimum bet is K0.50. The maximum payout per bet is K5,000.
  • Bets are accepted at the odds confirmed at the time of placement, which are validated server-side.
  • A pending bet may be cancelled only before any selected game or race has started; the stake is refunded. Once any selection has started, the bet can no longer be cancelled.
  • We may void bets affected by obvious error, technical fault, or manipulation, and settle them at the correct terms.
  • Results are settled according to the official outcome of the relevant event.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

  • A one-time K3.00 welcome bonus may be granted after email verification, subject to availability and eligibility.
  • Bonus funds must be played through before any remaining bonus amount can be withdrawn.
  • Promotions are offered at our discretion and may be changed or withdrawn at any time. Abuse of bonuses may result in forfeiture.

7. Responsible Gambling

Betting should be for entertainment, not a way to make money. Only bet what you can afford to lose. If gambling is affecting you or someone you know, please seek help and consider taking a break.

You may contact us to request limits on your account or to close your account. We are committed to supporting responsible play.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

  • Create more than one account, or use another person's identity, payment details, or account.
  • Use the Service for money laundering, fraud, or any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to manipulate odds, results, bonuses, or exploit faults in the Service.
  • Use bots, automation, or unauthorised software to access or interact with the Service.

9. Account Suspension & Closure

We may suspend, restrict, or close an account, withhold funds, and reverse transactions where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached or where required to prevent fraud or comply with the law. You may close your account at any time by contacting us; verified balances lawfully due to you will be returned, subject to these Terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from events outside our reasonable control, including network outages or interruptions. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Papua New Guinea, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Papua New Guinea.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
