Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the 51+ platform (the "Service"), operated by FiftyOnePlus Limited in Papua New Guinea ("PNG"). By creating an account, depositing funds, or placing a bet, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

Your acceptance also covers future changes to our operational limits. The monetary limits and betting parameters in these Terms — such as minimum and maximum amounts, payout caps, cooldown periods and play-through requirements — are operational settings that we may vary from time to time. By accepting these Terms you agree to be bound by those figures as they stand at the time of each bet, deposit, transfer or withdrawal, and you will not be asked to accept them again each time they change. The current figures are always shown in the app and in Section 12 below.

51+ is registered with the National Gaming Control Board (NGCB) of Papua New Guinea. All amounts are in PNG Kina (K / PGK).

1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years of age.
  • You must be a resident of Papua New Guinea and physically located in PNG when using the Service.
  • You must be legally permitted to participate in sports and racing betting under the laws that apply to you.
  • One account per person. Accounts are personal and non-transferable.

2. Account Registration & Verification (KYC)

You must provide accurate, current and complete information when registering, including a valid government-issued photo ID (e.g. NID card, passport, or driver's licence) for identity and age verification.

  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity on your account.
  • We may request additional verification at any time and may suspend account functions, including withdrawals, until verification is complete.
  • Winnings cannot be withdrawn without a valid, accepted ID on file. If an uploaded ID is rejected, you will be asked to re-submit a valid one.

3. Deposits

  • The minimum deposit is K5.00.
  • Deposits are credited after review and approval. You must only deposit funds that belong to you.
  • Play-through requirement: funds you deposit must be wagered at least once (1× turnover) before they become eligible for withdrawal. This prevents the use of the Service purely to cycle funds.

4. Withdrawals & Transfers

  • The minimum withdrawal is K5.00 and the maximum is K5,000.00 per transaction.
  • Withdrawals to a mobile wallet are additionally limited to K1,000.00 per transaction, in line with the wallet provider's cash-out ceiling.
  • Only one withdrawal request may be pending at a time, and a 7-day cooldown applies between requests. This period may be varied at our discretion.
  • Withdrawable balance excludes any un-wagered deposited funds (see Section 3) and any un-played bonus funds (see Section 6).
  • Withdrawals are paid to a verified account in your name. Applicable transaction or wallet fees may be deducted.
  • Approval targets. We aim to approve a withdrawal request of less than K500.00 within 24 hours on business days, and a request of K500.00 or more within 3 business days, counted in Port Moresby time from when the request is received. Business days are Monday to Friday; a request received over a weekend is counted from the next business day. These are service targets, not guarantees. A request may take longer where verification is outstanding (Section 2), where we withhold a withdrawal under this Section, or where a bank or wallet provider delays a payment. Once a request is approved, the payment is sent to your nominated account; how soon it appears there depends on your bank or wallet provider. The targets and the K500.00 threshold are operational settings (Section 12), and the figures in force are shown in the app when you request a withdrawal.
  • We may withhold or reverse a withdrawal where we reasonably suspect fraud, error, abuse, or a breach of these Terms.
  • Account-to-account transfers: you may transfer funds to another verified 51+ account, subject to a minimum of K2.00. Transfers are limited to your withdrawable balance — un-wagered deposited funds and un-played bonus funds cannot be transferred, so a transfer cannot be used to bypass the play-through requirement.

5. Betting Rules

  • A Goods & Services Tax (GST) of 10% applies to all bets.
  • The minimum bet is K2.00. The maximum payout per bet is K5,000.00.
  • Winnings-funded stakes: where a stake is funded in whole or in part by winnings rather than by your own deposited funds, a lower maximum payout of K300.00 applies to that bet. Deposited funds are applied to a stake before winnings. This limit exists to prevent winnings being compounded indefinitely, and the applicable maximum is shown on your bet slip before you confirm a bet.
  • Bets are accepted at the odds confirmed at the time of placement, which are validated server-side.
  • A pending bet may be cancelled only before any selected game or race has started; the stake is refunded. Once any selection has started, the bet can no longer be cancelled.
  • We may void bets affected by obvious error, technical fault, or manipulation, and settle them at the correct terms.
  • Results are settled according to the official outcome of the relevant event.
  • The monetary limits above are those in force at the date shown at the top of this page and may be varied under Section 12. The figures displayed in the app at the time you place a bet or request a payment are the ones that apply.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

  • A one-time K3.00 welcome bonus was offered to new accounts after email verification, subject to a limited total allocation. That allocation has now been fully claimed and the welcome bonus is closed to new accounts. Any bonus already credited to your account continues to be governed by these Terms.
  • Bets funded by bonus credit are subject to a maximum payout of K100.00.
  • Bonus funds must be played through before any remaining bonus amount can be withdrawn.
  • Promotions are offered at our discretion and may be changed or withdrawn at any time. Abuse of bonuses may result in forfeiture.

7. Responsible Gambling

Betting should be for entertainment, not a way to make money. Only bet what you can afford to lose. If gambling is affecting you or someone you know, please seek help and consider taking a break.

Betting limits. You can set your own daily, weekly and monthly limits on the total amount you stake, from the menu in the app. These limits are enforced when a bet is placed. A limit you tighten or add takes effect immediately; a limit you raise or remove takes effect only after a 24-hour waiting period, so that a decision to loosen a limit is never made in the moment. A pending change is shown to you until it takes effect.

You may also contact us to close your account. We are committed to supporting responsible play. Please note that we do not currently offer a formal self-exclusion scheme; if you need one, please contact us and we will assist you.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

  • Create more than one account, or use another person's identity, payment details, or account.
  • Use the Service for money laundering, fraud, or any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to manipulate odds, results, bonuses, or exploit faults in the Service.
  • Use bots, automation, or unauthorised software to access or interact with the Service.

9. Account Suspension & Closure

We may suspend, restrict, or close an account, withhold funds, and reverse transactions where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached or where required to prevent fraud or comply with the law. You may close your account at any time by contacting us; verified balances lawfully due to you will be returned, subject to these Terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from events outside our reasonable control, including network outages or interruptions. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Papua New Guinea, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Papua New Guinea.

12. Changes to These Terms & Limits

Operational limits. The monetary limits and betting parameters that apply to your account — including minimum and maximum bet, deposit, withdrawal and transfer amounts, maximum payouts (including the lower payout cap on winnings-funded bets), the withdrawal cooldown period, withdrawal approval targets, play-through requirements, and bonus amounts and caps — are operational settings. We may change them at any time, and a change takes effect when it is applied in the app. We are not required to give you separate advance notice of such a change. By accepting these Terms, you accept those limits as they apply from time to time, and you will not be asked to re-accept these Terms each time a limit changes. The figures in force are always displayed in the app, and on this page.

Changes to the Terms themselves. We may also update the wording of these Terms. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to a change, you may stop using the Service and request a withdrawal of your withdrawable balance, subject to these Terms. A change to a limit does not apply retrospectively to a bet that has already been accepted — a bet is settled on the terms and odds that applied when it was placed.
